BCW, what’s your hiring process look like over there? Is hiring an internal priority right now? Seems unusually slow, especially in this talent market. I was approached by someone there more than two months ago, and it took almost 3 weeks for them to set up a first meeting, then another month to get to round two and it’s been a a few weeks now trying to get the next round scheduled. BTW, I am highly qualified for the role they reached out to me for. Was super interested, but this is a turn-off.
Has anyone here ever gotten a liquid facelift? I’ve never gotten anything before so I’m curious whether this is too aggressive to start with. If you got one, what did it cost? How much upkeep?

Hey sharks, I've put in my papers. However, the team is forcing me to do KTs while they have claimed the complete credits for my work. Can I claim that they can't expect a KT from me simply because they are the official point of contact for all the work I've done?

Clari recruiter is asking me to e-sign and NDA aggreement for taking the 2nd interview. They have prepared 3 page document and several clauses are of when employment is active. I feel reluctant to sign unless offered a job. He told they want it so that I do not share any question with anybody else 😂.
Has anybody else also been asked to sign for taking 2nd interview? Should I sign? If they were to give NDA, it should be 2- liner or harldy one page.
