I was excited when I got the email asking for availability and I replied the same day. Nobody got back to me that week & so I followed up the week after and they asked for my availability again for this week. Haven’t heard back since!

Should I follow up again? Do they actually not want me? I’m so confused. This hasn’t happened before!

So my company has a voluntary in-office policy until may meaning that people are able to wfh 100% of the time if they choose to.

My boss has told me it's unacceptable that I haven't been coming into the office and is making my feel guilty about it so now I feel pressured to go in even though I don't want to and policy says I don't have to.

Am I being difficult for not wanting to go in?
