Joined LTI recently in P3 band. However not allocated any project. Got a call from the resource management team to relocate, which I rejected upfront as I was promised a role in the location I am posted. It has been over 2 weeks since I am in bench. What shall be the next steps, shall I wait for some days or start looking for other jobs as getting a project looks difficult as there are minimalist responses.

I don't know if it's my company or what but often times it feels like they're just selling to sell w/o consulting with video & what's feasible. Often times I find AMs copying & pasting word for word correspondence between video & client w/zero input or expertise. They rarely push back on client or manage them properly. I'm starting to get burnt out (I'm a FT producer/director)

How much salary cognizant is giving to a candidate with 7 years of experience in niche skillset? If they gave 27 LPA offer for 7 YOE candidate, will it be safe to join them? After the current project ending will he get project? Or they will fire him?

I have a lunch interview Friday and am at a loss on what to bring with me. My laptop bag is the Lo & Sons Brookline so it’s nice but unstructured nylon. Since the pandemic started I haven’t carried a purse and just put my phone and keys in my bag. I'm going to be accepting an offer to a firm. I have a pre planned trip in May I am going to tell them about and ask if that will be an issue (could be cancelled if it's an issue). I am also traveling on Presidents' Day as my current firm has that off. That trip is paid for and not refundable. Kind of worried new firm might not have Presidents' Day off and worried that two trips will be a turnoff to them.

We recently had an employee join in October and since then he hasn’t been able to produce at pace.
