I have 3years Undergraduate (BBA) course under my belt and 3years of experience in PMO and as per PMI , in order to appear for PMP EXAM one must have 4years degree with 3 years pmo experience or 5 years pmo experience with diploma and 35 PDU. Since India offers 4 years degree Only for engineering, what about the rest of 3 years degree course offer by Indian university. Can someone help me understand if I’m eligible for appearing PMP exam or should wait for another 2 years?

I have opened the door about renegotiating my salary for this position and my boss was open to it. What research can I do to see the salary ranges for this position?
