There are a lot of short projects with about 60-70% of projects being DDs or similar. The rest are a mix and include actual pure strategy pieces, however on the deals side, less pure strategy pieces are done as that's what the corporate Strategy& side do for 90% of their projects. Work life balance is generally quite good with an average finish of 7:30pm. Some bad days to early hours and some good days finishing at 5. The deals team spend most of the time in the PwC office while corporate team spend more time at client site. If youre into DDs, do join the Strategy& Deals team, or if you want to do more pure play strategy (think market entry, growth strategy, portfolio strategy etc), then join Strategy& Corporate.

Team is sold out for the next 60 days with a very rich pipeline! Come join us and DM for referral if you want…

Dont know how to tag the firm, Strategy&

Hate conference calls that drag on for hours.

Year end bonus everybody ?

Has anyone also struggled to get on a project as a new hire? Doing all I can (I think) networking, volunteering, speaking to staffing manager etc but can't seem to get off the bench.

currently taking applications for a travel buddy. role description: hang out with me when my company sends me to countries where I know no one. qualifications: preferably a male, attractive.

Senior manager wants everyone on the team to open a skype chat session and shares screen with him for the day so he can monitor what everybody is doing. Is it ok to ask him send this request in writing?

So I’m out for dinner at 8pm and we are all working from home, manager called and I said “I’m having a dinner with someone now”. He said “next time, keep me posted on your schedule”. Is this proper?

Is it unreasonable to ask someone from PT timezone to follow ET hours for 1 month during critical phase of the project? To be specific.. starting 9AM ET. Work day typically gets over at 6p ET or sooner sometimes, and this person makes it such a big deal and makes it sound like they are doing team a favor.
