Any security certification from a reputed org is good, if the goal is to establish credentials with minimal experience. Just know your foundations, that’s all you need to change jobs

I’m a tax senior 1 (will be a senior 2 in October) and just got an offer with a 26% raise at a large public company on their provision team. There’s also an aspect of FP&A and helping with transactions so not strictly tax. All seems super interesting and the team seems great. I really like my EY team and my counselor has talked to me about an early manager promo next year but have never intended to be a PA lifer. Any reason I shouldn’t take it?

Is it normal to struggle with the transition to starting your first legal job? I did all the things - graduated law school, passed the bar, started at the big law firm that gave me my SA offer 2 years ago… Now, I’m feeling miserable. Advice for someone in IT Audit looking into pivoting into a career in cyber? I have about 1 1/2 years in IT audit and have worked on a couple of cyber assessments/cyber program transformations.
