My creative team lets the account team drive the copy and art direction for the team because they are the most knowledgeable people on the brand. It is the path of least resistance. There is no use for me to be a creative participant if this is the way it is. How do I encourage my boss to stand up for the creative process?

Other than trial and error and general experience, what have been your best resources for learning about industry rules and regulations and advising clients when they make requests outside of that?
All my clients have regulatory and legal experts in house, but I find that sometimes hierarchical politics and upper management can stop them from fully embracing that role. Just curious if anyone else out there is suffering from the stigma of Covid-19 after having recovered and isolated properly? “Friends” in my building have been sending me texts basically ordering me to get tested even though I never even talked to any of them about having had it more than two months ago and one even seems to imply I’ve introduced the virus to “their part” of Brooklyn. Feels a bit like AIDS ignorance in the 1980s.
