I used a company based in India for awhile...inherited them from my predecessor, and then continued with them for a bit. Stopped because the mountains of spammy email they sent to prospects was causing havoc with my server and I was afraid my url would get blacklisted and I started to feel like my company would be known as a spammer...not on brand. I would have gone thru the steps to set up a separate url and high volume email server IF the results had been great. They weren’t. Maybe I wasn’t targeting well enough? But I took maybe 100+ calls ($250 each) to sell 10-12 projects worth $100k or so. Decent returns I guess but managing it was a hassle, didn’t feel good, and felt like I was on the phone all the time. Maybe I’ve got the wrong mind set! If you go this route, set up your url and server properly, write good scripts and refine them regularly, target well, and consider hiring a biz dev person to help
manage it (along with you social, SEO, drip campaigns, etc).

We hired a phone bank lead gen company out of New England to focus on some of our more industrial clients. It was challenging because it was quite expensive and of the leads we were getting, most of them were just tire kickers. Ultimately felt like a waste of money. Would be open to other solutions though if they were effective.
@P1 thanks for responding. If I come across a better solution I’ll let you know but this seems to be the most common response.
