I’m in a process for this position in an agency but it’s the first time an negotiating a salary in the US. I moved here a year ago, I’ve been working remotely for a Latin American company… and of course my salary is not enough and I’m trying to make the ends meet at the end of the month with a 4K salary. I don’t want to look to pretentious and obviously not too way cheap too.

Any advice? How much would be ok?

Hi all, I currently work 52-55 hours on average weekly and have been at my company for 4 months. I am now the only operations team member and am expected to complete all ops work alone. (Barely got trained to begin with). I work in Manhattan as well so I’m not sure if my 70k+15-20% bonus is standard or if I’m being very underpaid, especially considering that it is an employees market. Thoughts?

Her current package is 2.5lpa from a small company (3yrs exp java spring boot) . She got offer from Accenture of 6lpa (fixed) . After this she had interview with cognizant and asked for package of 7 lpa. When she recieved the offer from cognizant it was of 10lpa fixed. Most interesting part after 2 weeks she got revised offer letter from cogni without any discussion of 16lpa with 1L joining bonus.

How can we analyse and suggest her regarding offer.

I got an offer from Deloitte India for consultant role.
I am having 2 YOE in SAP MDG. They are offering me 10.35 lpa CTC [9 LPA FIXED].
Is it fine or should I negotiate more?
Also I have offer from Accenture with 8 lpa fixed + 21% variable and 60k joining bonus.
Which is better to join Deloitte india or Accenture?

I am looking to start my own supply chain management company. As of late, my work related anxiety has reached new levels and it’s really starting to affect me mentally. I’m part of a great team; I’m trusted and supported, have a great track record, there are no issues, and have been no incidents. Regardless, my professional self perception and confidence is so rattled as of late, it’s almost like a paralysis at times. I'm 33, married, single income household, no children, and we won't have be having children. If I retire at 65, I estimate I'll have $8-10M saved for retirement and will have no debt. Is this enough for two people to live on in retirement? I'm assuming I won't receive any social security income.

On track to max out my 401k and will max my Roth IRA next month. I think I’ll have about 3k to invest by the end of this year before I can start putting contributions toward my 2022 Roth IRA. What do you guys think is the best place for that 3k? Should I max out my 401k faster? Diversify more into crypto (about 1/7 of my network)? One note is that I can’t do mega backdoor Roth.
