My dream company is hiring for 2 positions on a brand new team: 1 is a manager role, one is an associate role. I *really* want to be on this team. Ideally, I would get the manager role - I think I have the experience for it - but I’d honestly be willing to take the associate role (& the likely pay cut). Is it acceptable to apply for both?
