My research indicates govt fees of $5K, legal fees around $3-5k, and like a 1/3 chance if employee has a masters degree, maybe 1/4 if they don’t. Can any give me a pulse check on this?

In the meantime they are asking me to try for PR on my own and if I get it they will transfer immediately. In my offer letter relocation assistance is mentioned as supposed to be utilised in first 2 months, but there is no business need of relocating at this point of time, will they provide relocation if I relocate at later date.

My firm has been pushing us to go back to the office since June, and every single day now they are sending pro-office propaganda. You can convince me there are benefits to being in the office, but good grief, let us work from home once or twice a week! Otherwise I’m out.
