Hello there
Is there anyone here who could refer me i am looking to grow my career in tech security i am willing learn on the job if there is such a chance given to me I have 12 years experience in sales and marketing and digital marketing.

Wanted to share some advice for anyone looking at track saws. I just bought the bare WEN 6.5” unit ($145.29) and paired it with the Powertec guide rail set ($119.89) and came away with a solid setup at a (comparatively) cheap price ($265).

I was considering the Makita ($585) or Dewalt ($790) setups since those are my normal go-to brands, but couldn’t stomach the cost.

Highly recommend it!

Where and how did you met your SO/spouse? Which industry are they in?

I’ve just received a great offer that’s a significant step up in salary and firm brand name, have signed the contract, completing onboarding and background check, yet I can’t shake the fear that my offer will be rescinded for some reason. I’m scared to hand in my notice at my current employer because of this reason. What is wrong with me

I've been job hunting for a while now, and have yet to secure anything. I've made it through to the writing test a few times but haven't succeeded. I know I have the skill, but I struggle to even get an interview at most places. I'm pretty new out of college, but I'm in Atlanta and I feel like there aren't tons of entry-level positions in the area. Any tips for a new professional? Not sure how to level up my approach to job hunting, but I feel like there's always something I can do.

What is the leave balance structure in Aryaka Networks??

Have come across this interesting post on Reddit and myself get to face such seniors who only get paid because of their experience years but they hardly do any work for their paycheck.
Often some of them are extremely bad at work and they use their hierarchy level to spawn their works on juniors just to cover their incapability. Want to know what truly happens on other side. Please share your thoughts.

Hey, I am happy to refer to Amazon for tech positions.

You can DM me.

Would try coming first, use flat fee, then go from there

Should I be alarmed that I haven’t had a conversation with my director in a week +? (Any tips for coming to terms with being laid off for the first time?)

Additional Posts in Accounting Exit Opportunities

First year manager here. Looking to exit to industry but recruiter is trying to put me in a staff accountant role that is a pretty big pay decrease. They say it’s the only role applicable to my skills. Is this reasonable? I just really need to get out of public.

I just declined an offer via email but they followed up asking for a call, was it rude of me to have decline via email? I never had this happen before. Usually they just say thank you and good luck.

Staff 2 here that will promote to senior in the fall. I just got offered an internal auditor position for a public company in industry for about $11k more than I make now. Is it worth to jump ship now to industry or stay at EY? Would love all perspectives.

I'm an audit manager. Curious what kind of offers folks here would expect specifically from public tech companies in the Bay Area. Is it reasonable to expect a meaningful bump (>20%) in base salary, in addition to RSU and bonus? What is "normal" in terms of a four year RSU grant?

I have a single interview coming up with no other interviews lined up. I’m still employed. Will this be a downfall in my negotiations?

When changing jobs, how should I evaluate the salary change if I am switching from a HCOL to LCOL? Seems crazy to accept a pay decrease in this market but not sure if it’s really a decrease after factoring in the COL. Going from B4 to industry if it matters.

Thoughts on having 2 fully remote IA Jobs?

Has this happened to anyone? Where you go through the interview process - and they call you back saying you did great in the interview and that you'd be a great fit but the role has been filled. So they are going to pass you to other hiring managers and see if you'd be a good fit in the other teams? I'm so confused.

Can Any analysts or associates at Goldman sachs chime in on a range of the annual bonus and annual pay increase?

I wants to leave the big four. However, I am unsure on where to go next. 🤔 I know I want a work life balance type of job next.

Interviewed for a corporate controller role and they want a 90 day plan. Anybody have something as a good starting point? I have some good ideas but would rather not start from scratch. TIA
