What are some things to get involved in outside of work that MBA programs value highly?

Hey fishes! I could really use some advice right now. I’ve been working in audit for about 8 months now and I’ve tried studying for the CPA as well. All in all, I’ve failed FAR 3 times and I’ve failed AUD once.

I’ve been considering leaving my job after I hit a year to focus on getting my masters degree in Cyber Accounting and passing the CPA exam. Any thoughts?

With my work schedule right now it seems like it’s impossible to balance studying and work. How did you guys do it?

Undergrad GPA: 3.56 but took several computer programming courses ( Python , C++)

I have heard that in order to make Partner level you will eventually have to have your MBA. I already have a Masters Degree and working on my doctorate; will that be sufficient or no?

How does everyone deal with early pregnancy symptoms during busy season? I’m not expecting anytime soon, but I was thinking about how I’d handle it the future. My fall busy seasons are 95+ hour weeks with spring busy season around 80+ hours. Especially during fall, I’m just exhausted for several weeks and have no energy. I’m not sure how this would work with first trimester symptoms and no one knowing. I also know I’ll be promoted before then, so my workload will only increase.
