BD and sales people, in particular, are more likely to answer solicitation on LinkedIn and other platforms - because they do cold outreach all the time. Customer Success and Account Managers would be a bit more mixed, but if you are not offering autonomy in their work life, most of these will avoid your organization. At least the experienced ones will.

For Customer Success and Account Management, there is a community of people (through groups like Gain Grow Retain, CS Insider, and SuccessCoaching). You can reach out to the heads of those orgs to post about jobs, or you can ask them to share roles with their network. I think it’s fine to contact CS professionals via LinkedIn, but don’t give the hard sell and encourage them to share with their network. There are CS slack communities too that you could join and post in!
