Small firm partners are allergic to WFH, and can't afford to be flexible with when an associate gets to their work. The support of a larger firm is what has kept me alive this past year.

Ordinarily, I'd wait a few days at least, but the performance issues are real, have been going on (despite feedback and support) for months, and impact rest of team.
