Need help, i have been actively apply for QA engineer, automation tester role on LinkedIn. But not getting any mails or calls for interview. Even getting mails like sorry unable to proceed with your application.

What to do? I have 1.7 years of experience

Just talked to a doordash recruiter for analytics manager role which requires 6+ years work experience. They offered 108k base and 107k equity over 4 years. So that ~130k and it’s much less than what I make. The LinkedIn link says the range in Colorado is 115k-149k base. I live in a big city in Pacific Northwest which is not Seattle. Am I being low balled?

What’s a good range for target comp? Recruiter said position starts at:
150K base/15%bonus/75K stock over 4 years/30K sign-on. Is this fair?
I was thinking:
220K Base/15-20%bonus/125K stock over 4 years/30K sign-on.
7-8 YOE in Security and Privacy with Big 4

Have another offer for 195K base/15%bonus/no equity (Consulting)/no sign on

Please share your thoughts and insights. Don’t wanna ask for too much and lose the offer.

I’m a client associate, I just changed companies and I’ve realized I probably made a mistake. I’ve been an associate for about 4 years, is there any other positions I would be qualified for? I feel like I want to do something different.

I am a registered client service associate with almost 10 years in the industry. I have my 7, 63, 65 and general lines insurance license. I live in Texas and was just offered a base salary of $70k at UBS. Is that a good offer or should I ask for more?

Here's my two cents-know your value! You are different, you add a different perspective and you listen differently. Forget risk tolerance and time horizon-listen for the meaning of money... control, independence, survival, risk taking, achievement. You can glean the risk tolerance and time horizon stuff, but you distinguish yourself when you get to their relationship with money. This creates your connection with the client- you "get"them.
