Any suggestions for structuring a quarterl review (internally) of all work for a client? Imagine a CEO and CCO (or ECD) sitting down with Account/Creative leads on Client A and being talked through the big projects, then the discussion turns to constructive feedback/identifying missed opportunities etc?

Yeah have everyone fill out a Google form with 2 simple questions: what went well and what can go better. Then consolidate, present it at the meeting for the first 10 min, and then the rest can be an open forum for discussion

So the best contribution your chiefs can make is to use their experience and authority to get the work to a better place. I would make sure that they could see, or at least follow, the client brief, the creative brief, the work that you presented and the work that got brought, so they can understand the full picture, and where the flash points might be. I would also steer the conversation towards the help you need on the account, and to where they would like to push the work in the future. This shouldn't be a book crit where they tell you what they don't like and what they would have done differently.

I spend 2 hours a day being productive and the rest of the time watching Netflix/Hulu/etc or napping/eating. Have been doing this for 3 months now and I continue to get positive feedback from everyone. I can do this for another year (duration of my project) and no one will say anything. Had to get that off my chest. Life is so nice/on easy mode these days 😬

Can you provide advice to succeed/survive on the corporate client side? Moved away from agencies to corporate and it is SOUL SUCKING. Between the lack of flexibility (both personally and day to day), sterile environment, and millions of meetings a day I am going insane. The pay and benefits are dramatically better in this corporate role, but I won’t lie I am missing the freedom of agencies so much right now.
