Vanguard. Automatically invested into a total market or S&P 500 index fund. Sit back, don’t worry about market movement, in the long run it always goes up

Agree with EY1 but I’d look for some small/mid cap exposure (15-20%) and maybe some foreign exposure (5-10%).

I use a retirement pie from M1 Finance. Set it and forget it platform, no fees like robos. They have some expert made pies which are like baskets of stocks (and ETFs). Their algorithm does all the work and I just put money in.

I no longer have access to the Microsoft bowl due to the change in work email address, so I thought I'd see if any Microsoft management (former or current) are in here. I'm looking to confirm that when potentially coming back on at Microsoft, the hiring manager will be able to see my previous connects. I had a great experience at Microsoft, and would like to keep that door open in my mind, though my last connect has what I would call unfair characterizations due to a unique chain of events.

What to do when you leave the small pond?

I've spent the last decade getting really good at whatever job I've had at the time. Doing what people told me to do, filling in gaps, being the cheerleader that everyone got along with.

Problem now is that I'm finally in a place where I can set my own path and I feel totally lost and unprepared. I've even looked for advice on SMART goals at my level but the shame/inadequacy/imposter syndrome is so strong.

Anyone else felt this way? What helped?

I’m looking for advice on finding a new job as a paralegal. I just recently got my paralegal certificate in May 2021 and have been working as a paralegal for a Sole Practitioner since August, but had to make the decision to leave because I’m not making enough money to support myself. I have experience in Plaintiff’s work doing mostly personal injury, but have handled other types of cases, too. I don’t have much experience in this field thus far and would appreciate any advice I can get.

2. $3,800 into VFIAX adding $125 every Monday
3. Roth 401k $35k. $10k OUNZ, $5k gbtc, $20k VFIAX
4. Roth IRA $25k $10k OUNZ, $10k VFIAX $115 a week auto every Monday, $5k GBTC
5. $30k cash, $5k crypto

Expenses are low and saving $3500 a month. Thoughts, besides hating on my GBTC & crypto?
