No advice, just company. My last 2 weeks at my old firm were cringe-worthy. One partner I worked for was in the office next to me and kept their door closed almost the whole time. Another saw me in the hall and immediately turned around and walked the other direction. And also closed their door almost the whole time. I just finished projects, got coffee with the people I liked, and sloooowly cleaned out files and made trips with my stuff to clear out my office.
Tell everyone you’re going in house... they’ll never be nicer.

I’m with you. Riding out my last couple of days right now. I’ve finished almost all my projects so I’m just coasting. My boss literally has not said a word to me since I told him I was resigning. Like others have said, this is confirmation we made the right choice.

I took the time to call the partners I had worked for to announce my resignation myself and thank them for the time spent at the firm. It helped a little at least (even if everyone knows that I’m leaving because I was not satisfied with my job). Good luck, hang in there! (And if you needed further proof of being better off without them, they just confirmed your choice by their poor behavior).
Yea the senior partners havent said a word to me and seem to be ignoring me. My two direct supervising partners have made things easier. Still no announcement has been made to the whole firm about it. Seems like they dont want people to know since I’m the 3rd person leaving in the last 30 days.
