What salary should I expect for an entry level analyst? I have 4 years of internship experience at places like oracle, other big financial firms. Coming up on promotion eligibility- what should I be looking for?

Background: I’m in an engineering role where there only two of us for the entire organization, I could theoretically get promoted 4 or 5 times before I “cap out.” I started at the lowest level making ~70k. I know other organizations offer the next level at around ~90k. I really like my employer and ability to be fully remote, so I don’t necessarily want to switch companies.

My question is, what raise value would be too low?

When doing my research on the market value and average compensation for similar roles in the same location (I’m going to be using levels.fyi), would it be fair to compare my TC with the TC of a company that offers bonuses such as stock bonuses? I am on mat leave and wanted to cut my leave for financial needs. I got an offer outside my company which offers me almost 20k more, but not sure if I really enjoy the work like I do with my current.
