[query] Is it a good idea to say a firm No due to medical reasons to a new night shift project I'm hired in?Accenture
I recently got a night shift project (2 days ago) that requires me to work from 10:30pm till 7:30am
I'm not comfortable with these timings and I'm thinking to ask my manager to put me on Bench (Due to medical reasons that involve mental health)
Is it a nice idea to say a firm No to a new project I'm hardlocked into, due to night shifts?

I’m in a similar position except that it was basically my decision to switch groups halfway between my first year. Of the groups you e worked in is there one that you prefer? I think deciding which group you want and taking a firm stance that while you want to be helpful, you plan on spending most of your time in said group, shows that you have a clear plan for yourself and also hopefully will make them switch you around less.

You're still not expected to know a lot, despite your whiplashy experience. Emphasize that you have appreciated the exposure and are looking forward to deepening your skillset.
I’d ask them where they think you’d fit best for the long term. You’re interested in a career with the firm but because you are being used as a utility infielder, you’re worried that nobody is going to be invested in your long-term success and you’d like to make sure that the firm is as interested in that as you are.
