Hi ,I have been interviewed and selected in S&P Global .salary almost negotiated and waiting for the offer letter to release. But seems like they are not willing to release the offer because of my 90 np . They are asking to join by 60 days but initially I told them my NP is 90. Even I am ready to take the 60 days offer but now they are not releasing offer as they want assurance. Now they are not picking calls.seems like i will loose the offer. Is there anything can be done.
Hi All,
I have 7 years of experience in total in SAP Integration technology and I have been offered C2 manager position with Capgemini with a package of 30.5 LPA.
Is it good to join? Can I still contribute technically at C2 role? Or would it be pure managerial role? Also please let me know how much variable pay would be paid at this role? I have around 2.8L variable per year as a part of the package.
Any pointers will be highly appreciated Capgemini
Currently a Staff 2 in FAAS and received feedback from both my counselor and partner that I should be promoted to S1.
Is pushing for 102k possible in Texas? I have an external offer with a start day in August in the event I am not able to get my desired salary.
Can any FAAS colleagues particularly in Texas provide their S1 salary range?

That seems fairly low. What is your definition of moderately large engagements? From what I’ve seen, Slalom engagements tend to be fairly small
That observation is valid, depends on the market but as a general rule that holds true compared to the top strategic partners. This is not typical for our practice, but I’m on a $1.5M clean slate SFDC implementation right now; average project since being here has been about $400k.
I work at a largeish Salesforce implementation firm. $5M+ engagements. I have all the arch certs (and others) 20+ yrs exp, 5+ yrs SFDC. $190k + 25% bonus. Experience matters when it comes to pay.
Could you share the name of your firm?
I’m a TA working on moderately large engagements, have three direct reports in the practice, getting 140k with a 7-8% bonus. On my way to Certified Application Arch, ~6 years of experience
You’re not THAT underpaid. For reference, I have about 4 years of experience — 125k in LA, have all the arch certs aside from CTA. Although you can prob join Accenture and Deloitte as M and will prob make around 160
