Does EY provide Macbook for office work?
HCL Technologies offer being delayed and recruiter keeps saying that there's a problem with their "Offer release portal system." I have already stated my issues with relocating until after I have the offer signed and ready. The project is supposed to start on the 19th and I'm supposed to join before, or on that date. It's already coming up soon and I don't have the official offer so that I can confidently start the relocation process. Has anyone else recently dealt with this?

What you didn't know about engineering...
I am currently an analyst at my company and interviewing at Facebook (Meta) at the end of the month. I’m a bit nervous / looking for ways to prepare because it would be an amazing opportunity. Does anyone have any tips or different ways that I can prepare for the process? It is for a Risk Assessment Investigator role (very similar to what I do now).

A lot of my friends and colleagues want to migrate into corporate strategy or BizOps and I feel compelled to want that as well - but I’m happy in sales.
The pervasive attitude seems to be that sales is a lower pedigree than strategy - do Corp Strat/ BizOps folks in tech make more money or are seen as more prestigious? Google Facebook (Meta) Amazon Stripe Netflix
Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)
Thank you.
I’m no technical manager but I do know the company. Pay is typically lower but still competitive—can be very competitive depending on the BU/Practice. Culture is probably the best part about Cap, most of the senior leaders are approachable and I have met some great talent at senior levels. You do have some “warm bodies” for less tenured resources in my experience but nothing major. WLB has been fantastic for me. C is Senior Consultant through manager so perhaps but I know senior managers that are dev leads so it can extend through D based on your experience. Both merit increases and bonuses are given
This helps a lot. Thanks :)
I had an offer from Capgemini couple months ago for the TPM role. Pay was 185k base. It was the D band for me as I was coming in with niche experience. They had upto 8% annual merit bonus and a nominal merit increase of upto 5%.
Can’t speak for the culture as I had another offer and didn’t join Capgemini.
Hope this helps
