US immigration question. Green card interview date was cancelled in March 2020. It’s been a whole year of just waiting for a reschedule date, so the I-485 is transferable (e.g. to another state, another employer). Has anyone transferred their i-485 to another employer? What was that process like? Would my process start from the interview phase? How did you prove that the next job was in the same category? I have two offers
1. Service based company - 8.5 LPA fixed, will work on AWS mostly and building architectures, salary hike in Jan 2024

2. Product based company - 10 LPA, 5% variable, will work on CICD and Azure, salary hike will be in June 2023. Though i don't have any experience in azure.

I have 8 years of design experience in addition to design education, 3 of those years are in UX/Product design. I’m making $102k, med/vis/dental, up to 6% 401k match, unlimited PTO and options worth ~10k vested in a couple years. Bonus last year was ~10%. NYC startup.
