Any Thermo Fisher Scientific past or current employee willing to share insight of how common is to get the yearly target bonus?

I got my 1st pay slip and wanted to get clarity that whether Employer Contributions towards PF is a part of our CTC that is being shared in the Offer Letter or not?

I can see from the calculations that I did is Employee contributions PF adds up to total amount which is mentioned in the offer letter.

Employer contributions is on top of it looking at the payslip.

I’m looking for other opportunities which will provide better WLB. However, I’m wondering if I should wait to start interviewing until after the raise/bonus that is coming up in June. I’ve been in my current role for less than a year and within my first 6 months multiple managers left as well as my hiring manager and multiple developers on a team I manage. Question about credit scores and MBA loans. (FYI I know this is not mathematically the best option but want to do it to remove mental burden of student loans). I’m currently 21 years old pursuing a bachelors degree with a 3.2 GPA (summer courses should bring it up to a 3.4 about). I have 3 months of experience in Geotechnical and will be wrapping up 4 months of Structural Engineering.
