Anyone else feel like the firms preach that you should ask for upfront feedback, but then when you do, managers never give constructive feedback? It's always, you're doing well or it will show on your review, but then the review is just a few subjective sliders lol never anything actually helpful

Delivery vs Management; career path question. IYO, what’s the best career path? Grow vertically (climbing the corporate ladder until you reach a role of Director/Sr Manager) vs Growing horizontally (learning multiple modules, delivering multiple projects, becoming an architect). My guess is growing vertically because there are more transferable skills, but I enjoy delivery more because I’m more technical. Your thoughts?
