I work here and love it. Solid group of people from different backgrounds - mostly former agency professionals who made the jump to in-house.
Varies based on what brand you’re on. Bud Light did a lot of great work this last year with the alien cans and Nationals fan...
Natty team did the packaging for Naturdays, which was a huge release. They also did a lot of awesome NASCAR work (as did Busch).
Ultimately, a lot of the BIG projects go to our AOR and we focus on the digital, packing, and OOH, but that’s slowly changing. Our team just did a Super Bowl shoot in a matter of days and our creatives, strategy, and production teams have really proven themselves and brand truly trusts our abilities.
There will be days where you’re working on packaging; days where you’re coming up with earned ideas...days where nothing happens and brand calls with a big ask at 5pm. Nature of the business and (one of the only) downfalls of being in-house. We’re cheap and get tasked with the quick work that agencies would charge a ton for.
Otherwise, our CD is Eric Flinn. He worked at the Onion beforehand and he’s super funny and nice. He has the creative going in a really smart direction.
There have been quite a few people asking about draftline recently. A search might help get some answers.
