any thoughts on DraftLine, the in-house agency for Anheuser-Busch in nyc?

I work here and love it. Solid group of people from different backgrounds - mostly former agency professionals who made the jump to in-house. Varies based on what brand you’re on. Bud Light did a lot of great work this last year with the alien cans and Nationals fan... Natty team did the packaging for Naturdays, which was a huge release. They also did a lot of awesome NASCAR work (as did Busch). Ultimately, a lot of the BIG projects go to our AOR and we focus on the digital, packing, and OOH, but that’s slowly changing. Our team just did a Super Bowl shoot in a matter of days and our creatives, strategy, and production teams have really proven themselves and brand truly trusts our abilities. There will be days where you’re working on packaging; days where you’re coming up with earned ideas...days where nothing happens and brand calls with a big ask at 5pm. Nature of the business and (one of the only) downfalls of being in-house. We’re cheap and get tasked with the quick work that agencies would charge a ton for. Otherwise, our CD is Eric Flinn. He worked at the Onion beforehand and he’s super funny and nice. He has the creative going in a really smart direction.

There have been quite a few people asking about draftline recently. A search might help get some answers.

I’m relatively new at my company, and I have a business person (whom I have already worked on a project with) that won’t respond to me. I sent a few emails to her over the last 3 weeks, then messaged her on teams on Monday without response. I really need her help. Any advice outside of cc’ing the supervisor (or maybe that’s the only advice)?

Looking to get a few certifications, I have worked in both IT and HR consulting and am trying to decide between ITIL, SHRM, and PMP. Any thoughts on which would be best for future, quickest to get, hardest test? I get the cert paid for and a bonus upon completion, so trying to decide which one to pursue or the order if I want multiple.

Attempting to renter the workforce after a 2 year hiatus due to health issues followed by the pandemic. During this time off I had minor success running a small business, but not enough to pay the bills. I have 3 YOE, 1.5 as a Loan Officer, and 1.5 as a consultant within compliance and Fintech. Please let me know of any fully remote positions, or hybrid positions based out of Chicago or Milwaukee. I live in Dubuque IA, so for in office work it would have to be in Dubuque. TIA!

Baby sitting friend’s 5 year old and today she has 99 fever. She is going to see a friend on Saturday and told me she will get a COVID test before that. In her words, ‘I am going to get tested because if I have COVID I can pass it to my friend and the friend will meet so many people and she can pass into them and then all those people will meet other people and spread to them and then COVID will spread everywhere.’ I don’t know where little lady learnt it from but this was impressive.

I just got into sim racing. Got a good deal on Logitech g920 and have f gt lite seat coming soon soon. Am playing project cars 2, assetto corsa, and Dirt rally 2.0. Any others into racing? It seems pretty fun but a huge learning curve to drive remotely reasonable and barely getting beyond 3rd gear before crashing unless it's a huge straightaway. Not sure if it's skill or settings.
