Allen Edmond
Johnston & Murphy's are cool. I like some of the stuff they have, although I have never bought any of their shoes. My go to shoes have been Ferragamo, Tod's, Coach, or even some stuff J.Crew offers. To @KPMG1'S pointed response, it seems like Allen Edmond is having a Labor Day sale.
I have been wearing J&M shoes for last 4 years and love them. They do have periodic sales but the pairs that I ended up getting were never discounted.
^ I don't know man. I owe 4 different J&M pairs and have never felt the need to "upgrade" to AE.
I have a pair of J and M and love them. They've lasted 3ish years now and are holding up like a champ!
I have a pair of Oxfords that I bought on Amazon last year (~200) and I love them. I've never had AEs but the people on this app make them seem like they're unparalleled. Not sure that's the case.
Check them on the outlets. Usually have decent deals.
Op my last pair fell apart after 4 months, maybe wore them 2 times a week, pile of shit brand
Bought two pairs in different colors. Wore one out after a year and two souls, but still wearing the second after 2.5 years ($300 initial purchase + $120 for new souls after a year)
^That's probably hard to understand. ...Point being that they're a good purchase and worth a re-soul
I didn't understand what dress shoes really were until I bought my first AE's. Go to an AE store and try them on, and I don't mean go to a Nordstrom rack and try on the shitty pairs they have there
