What is the average starting Analyst/Consultant salary and bonus at ZS?

Hey all, I recently got an offer that I accepted and will have two weeks off in between my current job and the new one. Bc of Covid, I can’t do a nice little international trip. Any suggestions on something domestic to do for few days, thats safe and feasible during this time?

Need advice. I’m a newly barred associate and I’ve been with my firm for a couple of months. I recently found out another brand new associate is making $10k more than I am. I came in with ~7 years experience as a paralegal in the same area of law. She has no prior experience.
Do I bring this up now or wait to ask for a raise at my review in a year, after I have accomplishments to bolster me? We usually get $10k raises per year so I would ask for a $20k raise next year to be at the same level.

Regarding the gun issue in America, here is my thought process: 1) i view guns as tools that enable someone to hurt a lot of people very quickly, similar to how nuclear warheads could be considered WMD for nations. 2) i do not think America has more mentally ill people per capita then other nations, or more people willing to kill others, but access / availability of guns mainly lead to the higher number of gun casualties. 3) constitutional rights are important but amendments exist for a reason
