What kind of interview questions could be asked?

So... Switching jobs but they have a 60-day waiting period for insurance at the new spot. Do I pay full premium on insurance for those months, or is it the same? I do not understand COBRA.

What are consulting firms that are especially interested in PhDs, especially in the humanities/social sciences?

I've grown tired of the agency world and want to move over towards client side/marketing in house. I've only had recruiters from either agencies or staffing agencies reach out to me on Linkedin for roles I'm trying to move away from. Any tips on how to pivot out of the agency world into the client side? Should I need to update my LinkedIn to be more specific for client roles?

When you refund a signing bonus do you
1- refund ALL of it even taxes Withheld ?
2- refund only the amount that was deposited in your account
3- mix between 1 and 2 refund more than was deposited but less than the whole amount ( taxes should be refunded to me next year)

How can you quantify all benefits, besides medical, dental and vision. My numbers say I would be taking around a $8k pay cut. I currently make $65/hr as a BA, but I do ALL the QA work, and even PM, they are offering me full time at $110k/year with “bonus of 10%”… but I feel i am taking a big pay cut and bonus Will have to wait another year. I counter offered $115k, because the initial offer was $105k, and the HR lady told me $110k is the final offer. Is it worth going to full time? Advice?
