I think it sort of depends what you hope to accomplish, and how you react to green.

For me, green helps me chill and puts me in a good mood. However, it largely inhibits my ability to focus and think critically. I use meditation not to necessarily relax, but to reflect and sort through all the “stuff” in my brain. That’s super important for me. So green is not compatible for that goal.

Alcohol + SO. I stopped drinking about 3months ago. Was trying to eliminate triggers for a new skin condition (alc/ bad food/airplane air / stress appeared to be triggers). And skin IS better! My BF

Finally found a provider who listens and is helping me get ADHD controlled. Also diagnosed me w/anxiety. Treating w/Adderall and Wellbutrin, but she's telehealth so can't prescribe anymore. Was transfering Rx to my PCP under her guidance but my BP was high at my yearly (was a particularly stressful day at work, BP was normal the last 3 years). PCP won't coordinate care until I see a cardio. Anxious something will be wrong and I can't be treated for ADHD anymore 😩 anyone else here w/high BP?

If you're very early on in your pregnancy (like 4-6 weeks), and you're going to the dentist and eye doctor for a regular cleaning/check up appointment, when they ask if you have any recent health changes, do you let them know you are expecting but are very early along ? Or do you just not say anything re: pregnancy ?

Anyone else using the Welltory app? I enjoy using it but the data indicates I am usually in the red zone, which is definitely not healthy. Based on the limited knowledge I have, I suspect I’ve got chronic stress. Aside from Welltory, lmk if you have any tips to turn off the fight or flight zone.

I’ve had back pain, either in lower back or sciatic nerve for the past 8 months. I got released from physical therapy around the holidays because I was making improvements and wasn’t in pain. However, since returning to work and working busy season hours it’s difficult to stay seated for most of the day. I bought a standing desk, but was wondering if anyone has any suggestions?
