For any producer who moved from agency side to freelance, what steps did you take to make the jump? Looking at a the possibility of making the move in 2021.

I have 100k to my name. I’m thinking of investing in by going in with 3 other family members and buying commercial units. I was taught to rent where you live and own your investments so your not tied to it and restricted.
