Agile project delivery - Fact or Fiction?
The places I’ve worked at, as much as they say they delivery projects via agile, rarely achieve this (mostly waterfall with a small sprinkling of agile words thrown in for good measure).
Google / Facebook (Meta) / Amazon / Tesla / Apple / anyone else - please tell me that agile project delivery exists (and how have you made this possible in your company?)
Thank you.

Hi Fishes, any ZS Associates fish that can give some info about WLB at London office? Right now working at B4, are there any differences?
Also do you know if the title is negotiable during the offer? I will get an offer for assoc. consultant but in my current company I was offered to be a manager. So it would make my decision a lot easier if the role was consultant.
Thanks!
This bowl has really started to fire up recently 🔥

My first job offer was 35K at a boutique. 4 years later and moving to another firm I’m making 100K TC. Just because you start at this, it’s not forever

Analysts at big 4 are paid 35k I think so this seems low?
I got a 1k bonus in my first year OP but it was pro rated from when I joined
Depends if you are generalist, I would say this is low for some specialties (E.g. life science would start in high 30s)
I would have said it would be £35k min but the sign in bonus is decent
Provided it jumps up over the next couple of years, i’m not sure grad salaries are the be all and end all. More important about the experience and whether they actually like the firm. I’d say that looked fine for someone fresh out of uni..
Started at acn on 31.5 2 years ago, I think they come in at 33 now
Depends on the service line obviously… but this sounds like a very low offer particularly in this environment
