Any tiny space dwellers out there? I live in a 490 sqft stand alone home. We’re a block from the beach. I’ve been nesting like crazy (getting rid of stuff, ensuring stuff is space saving/multipurpose). We have one bedroom. Anyone else have similar tales to tell? Or am I the only 🤪 one?

Godspeed to you mama. I think you’ll be just fine for the first year if you can keep the baby gear in check. The real challenge will come at toddlerhood. Hope your weather is great year round!

Hahaha. I have had many restless nights over this tiny home predicament. But I’m happy now. Yes, we’re in San Diego. 🌴

I have a SM grade level with 13 years of experience as an IT Architect. I have joined Cognizant 3 years ago and my current salary is at 85k which is not that attractive to me. So I am thinking of leaving Cognizant as an Employee and keep my engagement as a Freelancer. Knowing that I have a good blueprint at my Practice. Been rated at 5 last year, and contributing in several projects which generates a good revenue for the practice.
What’s your view on the Freelance switch ? Cognizant will accept?

I’ve been picking up Macy’s options expiring 4-18 and 4-26 in the $30 range. Stock has been absolutely crushed but sentiment is changing now. (Cont.)

I currently make $160k as a wfh Sr. IT Program Manager with 15+ yoe managing a $10M portfolio of contracts and a team of about 50 people. I have an offer making $20k more but it would require returning to the office. I have no desire to return to the office full time. Are remote delivery PM jobs available that will pay more or is my current salary fair for a wfh IT PM?

I just started my third trimester and recently fractured one of my molars while eating soft fries (not sure how), but I had a root canal done on that tooth years ago so the tooth is actually a crown. I went to a dentist for consult and the dentist informed me that I will need a new crown since I lost a big chunk of the old one. The dentist wouldn’t even consider any other options because he doesn’t believe there is a good temporary fix… (More in comments)

Feeling really nervous, help! I’ve been using topical hydroquinone 4% since before I found out I was pregnant. Have any of you used this while pregnant and it turned out fine? Any other insights that can give me some peace of mind? 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

Just had my NIPT/Nuchal Translucency at 12w4d IVF pregnancy and the sonographer said everything looks fine but she wants me to come back in 5 weeks and then again a month later to do the scans again so she can get a clearer picture. She said baby is measuring slightly lower than it should, but it could be that doctors were a few days off on due date (is that a thing with IVF??). She also referred me to get a fetal echo at 20 weeks. Is this normal? I called OB, waiting for her to call me back.

Hello! I’m only about 4 weeks pregnant, so super early. I am about to go on vacation and thankfully did a quick search on some “dos and donts” for the first trimester. I am v disappointed to see I shouldn’t do saunas and hot tubs as my vacation was really planned to be all relaxation. But it got me thinking, could you all share the most surprising pregnancy do or don’t you’ve encountered? I feel like I just need a master list cause there seem to be so many limitations 😭

Just found out I’m pregnant after a miscarriage! Yay! Question about an OBGYN…I’ve been seeing my gyno for close to 10 years and I feel very comfortable with her. However, I started seeing her when I lived back in the suburbs and my husband and I live in the city. She’s about a 30-45 min drive from where I currently live. Is it ok if I keep seeing her? Would it be better to find someone closer to me?
