Any tips for a new senior starting at a new firm right at the start of busy season?

Hi guys! I wanted to know how you organize yourself as a VP for a start-up in the fintech industry.
How do you organize your schedule on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis (templates)? How do you keep track of your agenda? How do you track your minutes for every meeting (templates)? Do you break up your days throughout the week for different departments?
What does your daily schedule look like (walk through the steps) ? Any extra tips on how to keep yourself organized/balanced?

Why does it bother people that folks get up right when the plane lands? As a frequent traveler, it makes things much more efficient for all parties if you get up and grab your carry on sooner.

What is the salary slab for consultant in ACN?
I have been told by HR that my career path is a fast track promotion path from 9-->7 level as Manager.(yet to join as awaiting offer letter though)

I just got a really great offer, only downside is the eligibility for maternity leave is after 12 months of employment. We got a faint positive today but have had so many chemical pregnancies over the past year that I am not confident it will stick this time BUT I am on aspirin and progesterone for this try … so it could..
