Hello, is there anyone willing to refer me at KPMG Canada for IT Support Analyst position? I will be graduating end of next month and I strongly feel my skills and experience are a great match for the role. I’m being ghosted by the recruiter for this role for almost 3 weeks now. I’d really appreciate your support. Thank you very much! KPMG

It's a gamble, but I would just respectfully let then know that you are aware the new hires are higher in salary, and you want to ensure you are getting appropriate compensation. As a top performer, the new hire base rate plus 10% should be appropriate. If they decline, find another job, since they don't value you.
It is cheaper to give you a raise than to hire an external and train them.
I agree, it comes off petty/rude to use the others excuse. Focus on yourself and the value you bring
Best of luck I was 10k from WC last year at midway point an didn’t get promoted
I was in the same boat last year. I met with my VP and respectfully shared my feelings about being right sized and fairly compensated for my experience and contribution. They said they understood and would "try to figure something out". Nothing happened until Jan. They are so focused on you hitting winners to get a raise.
Regardless of your outcome, I think it's appropriate to discuss with leadership.
Go get an offer letter from elsewhere and tell them to match it
Only issue is this indicates you want to leave. If I have an offer, I am walking. staying for a match, showing you may leave hinders future progress.
Ask for the raise, based on reality and merits, if they don't accept, look for work. They won't fire you for asking.
There’s something called “pay equity”. You should have similar pay for similar work.
