I switched to fruit when I got those cravings and then over time the cravings dropped off. I also stopped buying it so it wasnt in the house to be tempting...

Do a sugar detox & Get your nutrition right. You won’t have cravings and you’ll be able to taste sweet in many things without added sugar.

Try switching your routine if u know the sweet cravings hit right after dinner. I’m in the same situation but with rice. I come home from work and just crave it, I started taking shower as soon as I got home to disrupt that pattern. which helped me a lot!

I would like to suggest something from my personal experience. I stopped consuming sugar in my diet instead I have jaggery cubes whenever I crave for sweet . And it's being two months since I moved towards this tragic change and it gave me very good results.

like

Haha I love this!!! It’s like associating sweets to jaggery ice cubes. I exercise when I start thinking abt someone that a relationship isn’t going to work with. Associating it with something negative

like

Non fat, plain Greek yogurt with protein powder is a good dessert option with just enough sweetness. Or just brush your teeth. That always helps me.

Great advice thanks all!!

I am just like you ! One thing that helped me was switching to more natural sweets like those made with natural fruits and and vegetables ( they are good ) and cutting down on portions so like a handful and weening myself off of it little by little

I was wondering if the review course “CPE Self Study Course” for the CFF was enough preparation to study and pass the CFF exam. The CFE review course was enough and like if you get a question wrong it explains it well so that when it comes up in a different way in the real exam you can still get it. But when I saw the outline for the CFF material and there seems to be a lot of topics so I was wondering if the review course was sufficient considering this exam is also multiple choice. Thanks!

What’s the best way to include a new role on your resume that does not begin until next summer? Any PCOS sisters in here? Have you found a workout routine that's helping you lose the weight? Been reading that doing strenuous/heavy workouts may worsen our symptoms. Is doing 3 sets of 12 for each workout too much? I weight train.

I recently gained 10lbs in 8 wks (I think it's the new birth control pill I was put on. Diagnosed w/PCOS last year. I hope to lose that 10-15lbs by end of October, tone up and burn off this stomach fat... And hopefully have another solution for my PCOS symptoms)

Hi ladies - need some weight loss advice.

I am currently 168 and I want to lose another 10-15 lbs. I gained a bit of weight during quarantine and have been exercising three times a week along with trying to maintain somewhat of a healthy diet. I try not to eat at night, so I mostly only eat breakfast & late lunch just because of how I get hungry, calorie intake etc. Yet, I’m having a hard time losing pounds. Any advice on what I can do to lose the extra pounds?

Dear Ladies,
I have never been on birth control pills or devices. I am looking to get on a birth control regimen and my new bf does not like to wear condoms. I know I have several options when it comes to BC but looking for recommendations of what has worked best for you. I don’t like to mess w my hormones and at the same time don’t like the idea of getting stuff inserted within me. If those are the only 2 choices, I ll go w pills. I suffer from Rosacea and have a lot of facial/body hair.

What time does everybody work out?

Curious since ive been trying to balance full time work, studying for a CPA license and working out. I typically prefer "blocks of time" vs cutting it (example work 4 hrs, work out, go back to work). But curious what works for others!!!

I'll be trying out either work out > work > study, or work, study, workout this week to see what works best for me. Open to suggestions on how yall schedule around stuff
