Hi everyone, got dingged at HBS and Columbia ED this year. Interview invites to Yale & Tuck. MBB Consultant (Southeast Asia) with ~3 years of work experience. 3.7 GPA from Top 15 US institution, and 720 GMAT. Still waiting on Kellogg and Wharton. Thoughts on my odds?

I am holding offers from Accenture and Mindtree.

Accenture - around 20 fixed and 5.25 L variable plus 2L joining bonus

Mindtree - around 27 fixed and 5.12 L variable and no joining bonus

Today I got interview ca for TCS and interview is suppose to happen on coming Friday(haven't received the meeting invite yet). In their portal, I had to mention expected CTC. What shall I mention ? The recruitment HR (third party) mentioned they will not be able to my present offer of 32 L(Mindtree)

Hi Fishes, How many days do they take to tell the results of the interview (If both the round are completed)?? From last 3 weeks HR is just reverting for mail saying your interview is completed and I will get back to you with next steps asap.

Made it past two Skype/Phone interviews for an experienced hire senior associate 2 with KPMG, have the final interview in person at the NYC office. Only scheduled for 30 minutes, is that normal?

I am giving an interview for ZScaler for Senior Software Engineer role and one round of interview completed successfully, two more to go. Please suggest to me, how much package I must get for this role and company. Since, I had an offer of 13 from another company somehow HR said, we will give you more than that, I said let's see it after the interview. I interviewed at Google and cleared all onsite interviews back in July. Then came the hiring freeze and my role was de-prioritized. Now I'm being called for another position which I applied through the same recruiter before for the same group but different role. What would you do if you found out an executive was speaking poorly about you and your work performance to other employees? Is this a case where you would get HR involved? Have a conversation with the individual? Let it go? The comments are confirmed to have happened at an event that the offended party was planning/running, and the exec said negative comments to two other people at the company about the event and their work, and also said the person looked “too stressed.”
