Yes, I agree. I otherwise haven’t needed to watch what I eat and never have with much effort, so this is a lifestyle change for sure.
130/80 is very high. It needs a consistent lifestyle change, otherwise it can trigger cert high blood pressure episodes. You will need meds, you will need to cut alcohol and you will need to exercise and sleep better. No short cuts on this one

You can look into other natural diuretics besides coffee. Like grapefruit.
Most likely it’s your diet. Decrease the salt in your foods.
Healthy bad fat percentage?
30 minutes or more of cardio every day. Lower sodium to 2000mg or 1500mg
Lose weight if you're overweight. Every kg of you lose roughly correlates to 1-2 fewer BP points.
130/80 is not bad anyway. Do you measure your BP consistently? Running late to an appointment or being anxious about results can easily increase your BP reading.
In general eat less red meat, less salt and more veggies. There are so many small adjustments you can make that will take you at 120 easily, don't stress!
