Hi fishes, My cousin is having 6 years experience in spring boot micro services. He got offer from Tcs for 16LPA and 18 from Comcast. He is assigned to AWS business unit in TCS. He tried asking the hr for matching thes same package 18LPA as Comcast but the hr told not possible to revise the package. Accenture has amazing PTO already...bonus % is determined by performance.
You can try sign on- but might as well just negotiate base.
What you need to negotiate is Level. Associate Manager doesn’t qualify for global comp (usually 8-10k for anyone manager of above). See if you can come in at Manager, same base
I’m sure there is a better definition, but it is a bonus for anyone manager or above that doesn’t have a “low performer” rating (usually I’ve seen it in the $8k-12k range...) this is separate from the individual performance bonus
PTO is policy based so no room for negotiation at all. Target Bonus is negotiable and you should definitely have that in your offer but the reality is it's a only a target. Sign on is where you have the best shot to negotiate. All 3 are less important than base salary of course
