FDD 🐠 I will be promoted to audit SM in October, however looking to transfer to the FDD practice. Just had an industry interview and the internal audit team was only 2 other people which seems small to me. Is there a rule of thumb for how big should expect the internal audit team to be?

I work on a consulting team at a large software company. I’m a job hopper, around 2 years each at my first and second jobs and a little over a year at this job. I recently found out they’re shutting my team down. We’re not fired, but they’re transferring us to the core implementation team, which has a horrible reputation for malignancy, overworking, and isn’t at all what I was hired to do.
