Practice talking out loud everything and use signposting/numbering in your voice, so for example when you go through your framework say I have 3 buckets: 1) Bucket A 2) Bucket B and 3) Bucket C then you move into the detail of Bucket A. The key is just to talk about the name of the buckets initially (without going into more detail), and name them so they’re specific to the Company/Case/Industry.
This is especially important for maths, talk through every calculation you do, even the simple calcs (it’s not immediately comfortable to do so practice!).
Based on my MBB virtual interviews (and offer) I think too hard to show structures on the screen with virtual background etc so just use your words clearly as described above.

Completely agree with IBA1. I followed that same strategy with my MBB interviews and received multiple offers in response.
I would add that this approach can be used in the Fit/PEI sections as well. When you are asked to share a personal story that highlights some experience it is a good idea to create a verbal structure. I would say something like our team faced three primary challenges: C1, C2, and C3. Then you can move into more detail and how you solved each (that’s just a rough idea example). This approach is especially useful with a McKinsey style PEI where they will dive deep into your story with follow up.
