Any tips on dealing with a boss that may be a tad insecure?

Solo designer in a consulting firm of around 50ppl . My +1 is a head of departement that is not linked to design. He’s gathering briefing, discussing money and planning then throw at me work to do « asap ». Results is often quickly pushed, and poor quality of work. On top of that my knowledges and skills are doubted? Is this usual in consulting firm ? How should I deal with that ?

How do you navigate a conversation with a supervisor where the supervisor just isn’t reading your emails/when they do they misread them? Signed, venting partially but also what?!

Do you ever feel like people treat you differently at your firm because of your age? Like reverse ageism? As if you don't know enough or aren't competent enough yet? Just curious if others have ever felt this way.

Managers and above, during the YE performance reviews, when you tell your staff/senior that he or she is a strong performer with no other constructive criticism, do you really mean it?

In an open work environment/ lack of rooms,how do you do personal things (phone calls, checking bank acct) I find myself awkwardly standing in the hallway of our building discussing personal matters 🤭

Now the client is doing it again. It has once again disturbed my sleep and I can’t go back to sleep when I start my work day in 2 hours. I’m pissed. What should I do?

Salary: 3LPA ( 2.7 LPA Gross and 30k annual bonus paid quarterly- 18700 monthly take home )

While the tasks in JD makes up this role as Threat intelligence analyst.

How do I move forward/negotiate with this.

Working as CAL Manager with Accenture S&C India. Offered ~GBP 76.5K (fixed plus flexi) at Manager Grade by Deloitte London.

Prior to Accenture, I have already served as S&O Manager with Deloitte India for ~1.5 yrs - so this would be my second stint with Deloitte as Manager "again".

2 questions:
1. Should I ask for Senior Mgr (AD) grade - to which they have already said NO
2. Is GBP 76.5K sitting at the lower end of M grade in Deloitte UK? What should be a good expectation for the role
