Any tips on dealing with anxiety from balancing a stressful workload while trying to apply and interview places?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. I had 10 slots to choose from. I took the first slot available. Three were one day earlier this week and the rest are next week. Does it look good (or desperate, lol) on my part that I took the first time or should I have waited until next week so that I would be fresher on their minds when choosing a candidate? Also, do interviewers still appreciate a handwritten note after an interview?

Any insights into turn around time for interviews and hiring in federal government jobs? I’ve applied to a couple on USAJobs and right now it just says that applications are being reviewed. Wondering if anyone else has any experience with the hiring process

I just had my final round of interviews on Friday and I’m just curious how long is an appropriate amount of time for a response back? I understand it depends and I know I’m anxious but assuming they are putting an offer together how long should it reasonably take?

If anyone has any idea, where from 2+ years I am trying fo the new opportunity and updating my resume in job sites, but not at all getting any update bor scheduled interview??

My spouse and I are applying for a new mortgage and my lender looked up our credit scores and suggested that the mortgage is done only for me and not include my spouse as my score was in the top bracket. She is earning as well and i wanted to understand the risk of taking mortgage only on me:
1 - will we end up having issues filing for taxes jointly and show deductions etc?
2 - will there be issues with joint ownership (title) if the mortgage does not include us both?
3 - any other risk/benefit

Two offers on hand. Company A (preferred) is a bit lower than Company B. When you negotiate with company A: do you share the number B is paying or try to keep it at a range or more generic. I would love to hear any tactic that has worked in the past!
