Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa.
After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).

Queries:
1. Is this normal or rare case, reducing the offer amount from what quoted initially?
2. Should I accept or negotiate?

I don't have any other offer as of now.

Any black creative teams on here, CWs and ADs? Curious to know how it’s working out for you. Been in the game for a while now and I’ve never seen a minority creative team. It’s always white teams.

There are some kickass POC in my office who get respect; they’re more senior than me. I feel like people don’t react as well to me, even though I do/say similar types of things. Tips to get respect?

Need some advice: I had my review last week, and created an action plan. And today my boss told me Im being taken off the teams without any prior notice. I’ve spoken to HR, and they are useless.

What would be some other next steps as some1 who works in ad ops (as a manager). I know I can move up 2 being an Associate Director but I hear growth overall in the field is limited.
