Any tips on how to confront a staffer who’s becoming passive aggressive, constantly interrupting, and pressing me literally every few minutes to ‘see how progress is coming’. I have an internal transfer offer to FDD but am also interviewing with PWC. Does it make sense to leverage the fact that I already have an offer in my PWC interviews? Most likely getting fired, tips on how to find a job ASAP? I made a pretty big mistake that required supplemental filings with government offices to fix (missed some items when reviewing/comparing long lists of things across 20-30 years). It’s fixable and the client isn’t really getting hurt by this (worst case signing gets delayed), but my anxiety is telling me to prepare for the worst. Can I ask for extra time at the firm to find a new job (so I wasn’t “fired”)? Or should I go for severance?
