Had a talk with the teamleader. He talked about the job and told me that they were actually looking for a junior sales (and some product management responsibilities ). That they are looking for a junior isn't to bad, because i have no experience in sales (customer contact yes, but no sales) What salary can i expect?

I’ve been contacted by recruiters from a major consulting firm multiple times. Each time they set up an initial call which seems to go well, ask me for my resume, and then ghost me. The first time they set up a second call for a more detailed discussion before radio silence. Should I assume my resume is problematic? My expected salary is too high? (I typically add 20-25% to my current base) That I’m not as smooth as I think I am on the phone? I’m just worried why this keeps happening.
