I interviewed for Data Analyst role at EY, it went well and the job sounds great, but I'm a bit hesitant to leave PwC because I really like the firm and I'm just 8 months in my job as an associate at a subgroup of ITS that has some focus on technology and analytics but it's mostly tax compliance.
I do want to transition to data analytics but I'm not sure if it's a good idea to go to another big 4, or maybe just look for a position in industry.
Any advice or similar experience?
I got through all the rounds of interviews (including 2 technical panels) at CrowdStrike before being assured that I was nearing the end of the process and was expected to receive an offer soon… almost two weeks ago now? Anyone else experienced this kind of delay from CS or similarly sized organizations? Did I get ghosted? Anything more I should be doing?
Hello Fishes,
I had given interview Mindtree and cleared both technical rounds. On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I got a call from HR for the final discussion. After that I have not received any response.
I have been calling the HR and her manager, both are not responding to mail or calls.
Is there a way to get some information if my candidature is still in progress or is this delay natural? I have another offer from another company, but am more interested in joining Mindtree.

McKinsey & Company Has Mckinsey met BA headcount quota for the year/did they freeze hiring? I interviewed and got to last round last year, and applied again with a referral two months ago but haven’t heard anything from recruiting. Last year I heard back within 1 month of referral drop. I would’ve thought with my 1 more year of experience I should be able to get an interview easily.🥲 McKinsey & Company

It’s really just focusing on the last few years of your experience, rather than your entire career. Focus on leadership and how you significantly grew revenue and/or cut costs. Big picture skills are far more important than individual-type of skills. Also, when you are story telling, try to talk about your growth (how you learned and will use the skills gained in junior roles to now become a leader) and how you built your teams to achieve
