Someone needs to disrupt the recruiting industry. The amount of untrained and visionless individuals sitting behind a computer screen deciding the fate of candidates is incredible. Recruiting layer, in my opinion, needs to be eliminated. Hiring managers need to be more involved in the process upfront.
