I have the same issue, I’m struggling to manage the rollercoaster of emotions balanced with the timing of appointments.
Wishing you luck.

I would see a reproductive fertility psychiatrist that can help process the emotions and help think of coping mechanisms for your scenario
Awesome, thank you for the link!

Manage your teams expectations. You don’t need to tell them what the reason is, other than you have regular doctors appointments coming up. It’s what I did on my end. When the doc office called during a meeting, I’d let the team know “I’m so sorry but this is my doctor calling, I need to answer”. When your procedures are scheduled, let them know you have a procedure and need to take a day or two off. People don’t need to know details.
Also the fertility psych idea is 100% a great one!
I’m on SSRIs from before we tried to conceive, and I think that definitely helped me.
Also if you have any friends who have been through this and can be your support system, that truly helped me.
Thanks EY 1 and AP1. These responses make me feel less alone in the struggle. I'm going on year 3 as well and there aren't many other options. Happy to hear I'm not the only one that feels this way.

Are you comfortable being open about your situation with your team? I find that can help sometimes, especially with so many appointments (one of my team members thought I had cancer) and needing to check out mentally at times after set backs.
